Sewing Autumn Half Term Holiday Camp

Service Description

The Cambridge Fashion & Design School aim is to promote a healthy and enjoyable attitude towards fashion for kids, young people and adults. Classes will be run by Gioconda Gomez (Gio) an experienced Latino-American Fashion Designer, with a speciality in wedding and gown dresses. Gio had the opportunity to live in different parts of the world expanding her understanding of fashion with global perspective. Gio will help your child to explore their inner creativity with sewing using fashion & design techniques. Our classes focus mainly in clothing, however, your child is welcome to bring a personal project for a special occasion and make it with us. We believe your child/children will make faster progress and have the opportunity to practice at home if they have their own sewing machine and a basic sewing kit, however, we have sewing machines available in our classes. Some fabrics are available in our classes, if your child have special fabric want to use their are more than welcome to bring it too! Upcycle is encouraged in our clubs and to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Small classes. Book your child/children space on the link below to avoid disappointment.
